Delivery Information

What are your delivery charges?

All items sent using standard delivery are FREE of charge for all orders in the UK. Next day delivery is priced accordingly depending on the items shown at the check out page. The price for fast delivery may vary depending on the weight of the items.

When do you dispatch?

All items are dispatched usually within one working day or same day depending on the time the order was placed.

When do you deliver?

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail, 2-3 working days, with delivery between 9am and 5.30pm,

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes we do deliver worldwide, however please contact us prior to ordering with the delivery country and goods you would like to order. Some of our goods are excluded from worldwide delivery. We will reply with the shipping costs and whether any of the items you have selected are excluded from worldwide delivery. 

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Saturdays, between 9am and 5.30pm. If the recipient isn't in, our courier (Royal Mail) will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver your parcel and it will be held at your local post office.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

If there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact customer services at contact@pure-definition.co.uk so that we can sort this right away for you.

What if my order has been damaged in the post?

If your order has been damaged in the post, please contact customer services at contact@pure-definition.co.uk straight away and we will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense. You maybe required to send pictures of the damaged items.
